Andrae Kelly is a dedicated designer who brings her whole heart to every project. She is a true designer at heart, consistently developing beautiful, thoughtful solutions and bringing fresh ideas to the table. When faced with an unfamiliar situation or new process, Andrae doesn’t hesitate—she dives in, learns what is needed, and figures it out. Her willingness to jump in and take ownership makes her a dependable and invaluable member of the team.

Andrae has played an important role in supporting Sagrada’s international project teams, where time-zone differences have made regular meetings challenging. Recognizing the need for a better communication process, she developed a paper-trail method for providing weekly and monthly project updates, significantly improving communication and keeping the team aligned. She has also gone above and beyond to identify suppliers in other countries for unique project needs, demonstrating creativity, resourcefulness, and a willingness to think outside the box.

Andrae consistently shows up when her team needs her most, bringing new ideas, solutions, and support at critical moments throughout a project. Her dedication to design, problem-solving mindset, and genuine willingness to get in and figure things out make her a trusted and valued member of the Sagrada team.
