Lea Seipert is a Project Manager and talented designer known for her strong communication, creative problem-solving, and ability to thrive under tight deadlines. She brings extensive experience in religious, residential, commercial, and educational design, with a particular strength in seeing the building as a whole and creating cohesive spaces that flow beautifully together. Lea loves developing thoughtful, innovative solutions that delight the people who experience them.

Lea’s greatest strength may be her ability to build strong relationships. She is approachable, genuine, and easy to connect with, often making people feel like instant friends. She brings a positive energy to every team and genuinely enjoys collaborating with others to find the best solution.

Outside of work, Lea enjoys sewing, experimenting with new tie-dye techniques, and racing in triathlons, including several sprint-distance races. Most of all, she loves traveling with her family and exploring new places.
