Apartment Building Refresh Project- FF&E

When a multifamily client set out to refresh the public spaces across several buildings in their existing apartment community, we were brought in to lead the furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) scope. To make sure the client got the best value, we structured and managed a formal RFP process, giving them true apples-to-apples bids and a competitive price without compromising on quality.

Working alongside the project’s architecture firm, which handled the architectural finishes and contractor coordination, we collaborated closely to deliver a cohesive result. Together, we moved the lobbies and common areas away from their dated, Tuscan-inspired warm tones and into a fresh, clean, modern aesthetic that feels bright, current, and welcoming for residents and guests alike.

The result is a beautiful example of what’s possible when design partners work as one team.
